    Miscellaneous Information

99 Acres at the Northwest corner of US Hwy 81 and Pikes Peak Road. The property is located within the city limits of Chickasha. All city services, including fire, sanitation, water and sewer will be available to the site.

Water runs along the east side of the property. The existing sewer is 2800' north of the site. The topography (downhill to the existing sewer) lends to minimal cost to bring the sewer to the site.

The property is currently zoned agricultural, but there should not be any problem obtaining adequate zoning.
